Genealogy Help Desk 

JGSCO is offering hands-on, in-person research guidance from our knowledgeable members. Whether you’re just starting your family tree, have years of experience, or fall somewhere in between, we all get stuck or struggle to find the time to research. This is your chance to re-engage and make progress.

While we may not have all the answers, the Genealogy Department of the Denver Public Library will also be available to help point you in the right direction. DPL provides free access to many major genealogy websites, making this a valuable opportunity to move your research forward.

What to bring: 

• Your laptop or tablet 

• Login credentials and passwords for any genealogy sites you use 

• Any documents, notes, or materials relevant to your research 

(DPL computers may be available, but you will still need your passwords.)

• No cost 

• In person only 

• Open to JGSCO members only

• Library opens 11:00 AM 

• Please note: We will guide and advise, but we will not do the research for you
